The Daydream Post Cutoff Date

If you join the print club by the end of the month, you will receive the next month's letter. Not sure if you made the cutoff? You'll receive a shipping notification as soon as your letter is on its way! You can be assured that you will receive a letter corresponding to your date of subscription.

Shipping/Tracking

For The Daydream Post Mail Club:

Letters are typically sent out within the first few days of each month. You'll receive an email notification when your letter has shipped and can expect it to arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that print club letters ship with regular stamps, so no tracking is provided, but this helps keep shipping costs affordable for everyone!

For International members:

Please expect your letter to take up to 1-4 weeks for delivery, depending on destination.

For All Other Orders:

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships, and tracking info will be included for all orders except art prints.

Lost/Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me via email and I'll be happy to help!

If your order doesn't arrive, please check with your local post office first (sometimes packages are waiting there for pickup). If it's still missing after 14 days from your expected delivery date, contact me and I'll do my best to make it right!
